Michael Brennan is a Co-Founder, Chairman, and Managing Principal of Brennan Investment Group. Mr. Brennan has orchestrated more than $10 billion in industrial real estate transactions in the course of his 25-year career.

Prior to forming Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Brennan co-founded First Industrial Realty Trust (NYSE: FR) in 1994, and served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors until late 2008. Under his direction First Industrial assisted many of the nation’s largest industrial users in completing complex supply chain reconfigurations, and attracted investment partners including The Carlyle Group, the Kuwait Finance House, Union Bank of Switzerland, ING, and the California State Teachers’ Retirement System.

Under his direction, The Guide to Classifying Industrial Property Types was written. The only book of its kind, the guide presents a precise classification system for industrial properties and provides an in-depth review of the characteristics and evolution of the industrial property sector. The Urban Land Institute (ULI) acquired the rights to the guide and collaborated with First Industrial on a second edition, which is currently available through ULI.

Often sought as an industry expert on industrial real estate, Mr. Brennan has appeared on CNBC, CNNfn and Bloomberg Television. Mr. Brennan is a prominent leader in the real estate community and is a member of ULI and the World Presidents’ Organization. Mr. Brennan was named Commercial Property News’ “Industrial Property Executive of the Year” in 2000 and one of Irish American Magazine’s Top 100 Business Leaders in America in 2003.

Before co-founding First Industrial, Mr. Brennan was a President and Partner in The Shidler Group, a nationally prominent real estate firm specializing in value-add real estate transactions. He was a founding investor of Tri-Net Property Trust and Co-Founder and member of the Board of Directors for Pacific Office Properties (AMEX: PCE), an office REIT that owns institutional quality properties in Honolulu, California, and Arizona. Mr. Brennan is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Chicago Public Library Foundation, which provides on-going funding, through its endowments and annual fundraising, for collections, book acquisition and a variety of community-based programs that contribute to the excellence of the Chicago Public Library. He began his industrial real estate career in 1984, as an Investment Specialist with CB Commercial. Mr. Brennan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame in 1979.

Mr. Brennan currently serves as Executive Director of the University of Wisconsin’s James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate, a program that is consistently ranked among the best real estate programs in the world.

Scott McKibben
Chief Investment Officer,
Managing Principal

Scott McKibben is Chief Investment Officer and a Managing Principal at Brennan Investment Group. He is responsible for industrial property transactions in the Midwestern United States, with a focus on Chicago.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. McKibben was the Co-Founder of Madison Partners Realty, which purchased, managed, and leased over 5 million square feet of industrial buildings in primarily the Chicago and Milwaukee markets. During his career as a principal of Madison Partners Realty and as the Vice-President of Acquisitions of Prime Group Realty Trust, Mr. McKibben completed the acquisition and development of $3 billion in office and industrial properties. In addition, Mr. McKibben has been hired as an expert witness twice on $100 million plus lawsuits and has provided financial proforma and financing consulting with several developers and owners of office, multi-family, condominium, and hotel projects.

Mr. McKibben earned his Bachelor’s B.S. in Finance in 1991 from DePaul University, his M.S. in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis in 1994 from University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Business and his Juris Doctor in 1994 from University of Wisconsin Law School. Mr. McKibben is an Illinois and Wisconsin licensed attorney.

Sam Mandarino
General Counsel

Samuel Mandarino is General Counsel of Brennan Investment Group. Mr. Mandarino has extensive experience in a wide variety of real estate and corporate transactions as a principal and attorney.

Prior to Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Mandarino co-founded Madison Partners Realty in 2001, a company that purchased, managed, and leased over 5 million square feet of industrial buildings primarily in the Chicago and Milwaukee markets. Mr. Mandarino directed the day-to-day operations of the company and co-founded and managed the company’s 
property management affiliate – MPR Management Inc. Prior to founding Madison Partners Realty, Mr. Mandarino was an attorney in the real estate practice groups of Sidley Austin and Baker & McKenzie. Mr. Mandarino received his B.S. degree in accounting from DePaul University in 1991 and his J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Law in 1994. He is also a certified public accountant.

Robert Vanecko
Managing Principal

Robert Vanecko is a Managing Principal of Brennan Investment Group and is also the head of Brennan’s single-tenant, net lease division. Mr. Vanecko has extensive experience in a wide variety of real estate and corporate transactions as a principal, investment banker and attorney. Since 1993, he has been involved in the structuring, negotiation and execution of over 40 separate transactions with a total value of over $3 billion. Mr. Vanecko combines his background in finance, capital markets and law to analyze, structure, negotiate and implement diverse and complex investment transactions.

Prior to Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Vanecko was a co-founder and co-general partner of DV Urban Realty Partners I L.P. (“DV”), a $71.5 million real estate private equity fund. DV invests in value-added urban real estate transactions, primarily in Chicago. Along with the other sponsors of DV, Mr. Vanecko directed the day-to-day operations of the fund, including investment sourcing, evaluation and execution, asset management, finance and administration. The fund’s portfolio of investments and developments includes over 800 residential units and over 500,000 square feet of commercial space. Mr. Vanecko also co-founded and managed the fund’s property management affiliate – DV Property Management, LLC. Mr. Vanecko has a B.A. degree from Yale University and a J.D. degree (magna cum laude) from Northwestern University School of Law. He serves on the boards of several charitable and civic organizations.

Brad O’Halloran
Executive Director of Investor Relations,
Managing Principal

Brad O’Halloran is the Executive Director of Investor Relations and a Managing Principal for Brennan Investment Group. Mr. O’Halloran has a wide range of business, educational and government service experience.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. O’Halloran served as Regional Director of Development for the University of Notre Dame cultivating key high-level benefactors for the University and representing its various interests within the Chicago Metropolitan area. Prior to joining the University, Mr. O’Halloran held the position of Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Development for Duty Free International and its successor company World Duty Free, a wholly owned subsidiary of BAA, plc.  In this capacity, Mr. O’Halloran, oversaw all mergers and acquisition activity for the corporation as well as strategic marketing and key partnership development. Mr. O’Halloran has been a serial entrepreneur throughout his career with interests in over 19 companies and current interests in half a dozen in various stages of development.

Mr. O’Halloran currently serves on the Board of Directors for Old Plank Trail Bank, a subsidiary of Wintrust Financial Corporation. In addition, he is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Airports Council International, the International Visitors Center of Chicago and the Chicago Chamber of Commerce. He also served as a member of the board of the Village of Orland Park, Metra and of the State of Illinois Architectural Licensing Board. Mr. O’Halloran holds a Bachelor’s Degree, as well as a Masters, Business Administration (Magna cum Laude) from the University of Notre Dame.

Troy MacMane
Managing Principal

Troy MacMane is a Managing Principal of Brennan Investment Group and is based out of Houston. With more than two decades of real estate experience, Mr. MacMane directs investment, operations, portfolio management, sales and development activity in the Southwest/Texas Triangle area.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. MacMane was the co-founder and manager of Trident Equity Partners. Prior to forming Trident, Mr. MacMane was a Regional Director at First Industrial. Mr. MacMane was head of First Industrial’s acquisition and development program in the southern portion of Texas and responsible for all aspects of portfolio management. Mr. MacMane has acquired and developed over $1 billion of industrial assets totaling over 30 million square feet and 525 acres of land. Mr. MacMane graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and attended St. Thomas University’s MBA program.

Robert Krueger
Managing Principal

Robert Krueger is a Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Brennan Investment Group. Based in Tampa, he is responsible for industrial property transactions in Central Florida. Mr. Krueger is among the most accomplished industrial professionals in the Florida market, with 37 years of experience in construction, development, and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Krueger was the key executive in building First Industrial’s portfolio in Central Florida. During his tenure with First Industrial, Mr. Krueger acquired and developed over 5 million square feet of industrial and flex space in the Florida market. Before leaving First Industrial, Mr. Krueger was in charge of managing First Industrial’s Florida portfolio of nearly 3 million square feet, and 821 acres, in Tampa, Orlando and Miami. Mr. Krueger is an active member of the Real Estate Investment Council (REIC), NAIOP Build to Suit Forum and Leadership Tampa Bay. He is also a licensed real estate broker, a licensed professional engineer in Florida, Hawaii and Wisconsin, and holds a Florida Class A general contracting license. Mr. Krueger earned a Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering from Marquette University in 1972.

Tim Gudim
Managing Principal

Tim Gudim is a Managing Principal of Brennan Investment Group. He is responsible for industrial property investments in the Western United States, with a primary focus on Southern California.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Gudim was Managing Director-West Region at First Industrial where he expanded the company’s investment and development objectives and opened new regional offices in the major West Coast markets. During his tenure at First Industrial, Mr. Gudim acquired portfolios and opened regional offices in Los Angeles, San Diego and Portland, while also acquiring properties in San Francisco. Over the course of a 31 year career, Mr. Gudim has orchestrated over $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions in excess of 60 million square feet, spanning multiple Western regional markets including Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Denver, Portland, and Phoenix. Mr. Gudim earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1982.

Allen Crosswell
Managing Principal

Allen Crosswell is a Managing Principal of Brennan Investment Group. He is responsible for industrial property transactions in Texas, with a focus on Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin. Mr. Crosswell is a leader in the Houston real estate brokerage and investment community. Mr. Crosswell believes in the value of long-term relationships and that fair business dealings lead to repeat business. By employing this philosophy, he has gained the confidence of landowners, investors, brokers and retailers within the real estate community and has produced consistent year in and year out results for his clients and investors in both the land brokerage and development arenas.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Crosswell was a co-founder of TGB Crosswell. Mr. Crosswell has a significant track record of identifying and executing successful raw land investment and development opportunities. His ability to pinpoint the key issues in a deal and to work through those issues in a way that is agreeable and even beneficial to all parties involved is a recurring theme in the transactions he has completed. Mr. Crosswell was also co-founder of Crosswell Torian Commercial Properties, LLC., which specialized in commercial land brokerage. Mr. Crosswell received his Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Mississippi.

Tod Greenwood
Managing Principal

Tod Greenwood is a Managing Principal of Brennan Investment Group. He is responsible for industrial property transactions in Texas, with a focus on Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Greenwood was the co- founder and manager of Trident Equity Partners. Prior to forming Trident, Mr. Greenwood worked in the industrial division of the Trammell Crow Company where he was an industrial leasing broker from 1993 to 1998, focusing on landlord representation. In 1999, Mr. Greenwood was asked to run the industrial development program for the Houston office of Trammell Crow Company. As Vice President for industrial development, Mr. Greenwood developed a variety of product types including cross-dock, dock-high rear load and bulk distribution buildings. Mr. Greenwood graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Business degree and the University of Texas Graduate School of Business with a Master of Business Administration degree.

Eduardo Paneque
Executive Director of Due Diligence

Eduardo Paneque is the Executive Director of Due Diligence at Brennan Investment Group. Throughout his career, Mr. Paneque has been involved in over $4 billion in real estate transactions including UPREIT transactions, 1031 exchanges and company mergers. Mr. Paneque has provided services and coordination on acquisition due diligence, deal structuring, debt restructuring, systems integration and accounting/treasury functions.

Prior to Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Paneque founded EEP Business Services, Inc. (“EEP”) in 1996, a consulting firm specializing in providing accounting and finance services primarily for the real estate industry. Mr. Paneque also served clients in key management roles, including Acting Director of Financial Management-Joint Ventures for a publicly traded industrial REIT and Acting Treasurer for a publicly traded office/industrial REIT. Prior to EEP, Mr. Paneque was an integral part of the executive team that formed and created First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. (“FR”) and served as its Controller post-IPO.

Mr. Paneque earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University in 1981. Mr. Paneque is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Illinois CPA Society.

Ryan O’Halloran
Vice President of Acquisitions

Ryan O’Halloran is Vice President of Acquisitions for Brennan Investment Group. In this capacity, Mr. O’Halloran is responsible for identifying and underwriting industrial acquisitions and developments throughout the United States with a focus on the Midwest markets.

Mr. O’Halloran has been with Brennan Investment Group since its inception in 2010. During his tenure with the company, Mr. O’Halloran has been involved in industrial transactions totaling over $1 billion.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. O’Halloran worked in the Joint Venture Management Group for First Industrial Realty Trust. Mr. O’Halloran earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, and his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Kevin Brennan
Vice President of Acquisitions

Kevin Brennan is Vice President of Acquisitions for Brennan Investment Group. In this capacity, Mr. Brennan is responsible for identifying and underwriting industrial acquisitions and developments throughout the United States with a focus in the Midwest markets.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Brennan worked in the Capital Deployment Group at Prologis. While at Prologis, Mr. Brennan was directly responsible for the evaluation and underwriting of over $600 million of successfully closed acquisition and development transactions. Mr. Brennan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and is an active member of NAIOP.

Matt Kay
Analyst

Matthew Kay is an Analyst at Brennan Investment Group. Mr. Kay’s responsibilities include financial and market analysis of industrial acquisitions and developments throughout the United States with a focus on Midwest markets. He graduated from Indiana University in May 2014 with a B.A. degree in Telecommunications.

Luke McCarthy
Analyst

Mr. McCarthy is an analyst at Brennan Investment Group. In this capacity, Mr. McCarthy performs financial and market analysis on various industrial acquisitions across the US. His duties include underwriting acquisitions, researching markets, and assisting with the due diligence on pending deals. He graduated from the University of Iowa in 2015 with a BBA in Finance and a BBA in Economics.

Chris Massey
Senior Vice President of Acquisitions

Chris Massey is Senior Vice President of Acquisitions for Brennan Investment Group. He is responsible identifying and underwriting industrial property investments throughout the mid-Atlantic and Northeastern United States. Mr. Massey has more than 20 years of experience with over $4 billion of underwriting, acquisition and asset management of commercial real estate across the United States and Canada.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, he was responsible for sourcing and analyzing approximately $250 million of office, retail, industrial and multifamily assets with a variety of clients for Magnolia Partners. Previously, he was Managing Director of Gladstone Commercial Corporation where he acquired over $180 million of single-tenant office and industrial assets encompassing 1.9 million square feet throughout the eastern half of the United States and Canada. Mr. Massey earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Tech and is active in the local community through his support of several charitable and social endeavors.

Brian Roach
Senior Vice President of Acquisitions

Brian Roach is Senior Vice President of Acquisitions for Brennan Investment Group and is based out of Denver. He is responsible for acquisition and development of industrial properties in Denver, Salt Lake City, and Kansas City. Mr. Roach has nearly 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, particularly in capital deployment and asset management.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, he was Senior Managing Director for the industrial development platform at the Pauls Corporation in Denver. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President for DCT Industrial Trust (NYSE: DCT), a publicly traded industrial real estate investment trust. During his time with DCT, Mr. Roach led the Chicago office and was responsible for all capital deployment in the Chicago market. During his tenure, he acquired and developed approximately $400 million of industrial real estate. Mr. Roach received his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois.

During his tenure at First Industrial, Mr. Gudim acquired portfolios and opened regional offices in Los Angeles, San Diego and Portland, while also acquiring properties in San Francisco. Over the course of a 31 year career, Mr. Gudim has orchestrated over $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions in excess of 60 million square feet, spanning multiple Western regional markets including Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Denver, Portland, and Phoenix. Mr. Gudim earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1982.

Robert Krueger
Managing Principal

Robert Krueger is a Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Brennan Investment Group. Based in Tampa, he is responsible for industrial property transactions in Central Florida. Mr. Krueger is among the most accomplished industrial professionals in the Florida market, with 37 years of experience in construction, development, and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Krueger was the key executive in building First Industrial’s portfolio in Central Florida. During his tenure with First Industrial, Mr. Krueger acquired and developed over 5 million square feet of industrial and flex space in the Florida market. Before leaving First Industrial, Mr. Krueger was in charge of managing First Industrial’s Florida portfolio of nearly 3 million square feet, and 821 acres, in Tampa, Orlando and Miami. Mr. Krueger is an active member of the Real Estate Investment Council (REIC), NAIOP Build to Suit Forum and Leadership Tampa Bay. He is also a licensed real estate broker, a licensed professional engineer in Florida, Hawaii and Wisconsin, and holds a Florida Class A general contracting license. Mr. Krueger earned a Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering from Marquette University in 1972.

John Culbertson
Senior Vice President

John Culbertson is Senior Vice President of Acquisitions for Brennan Investment Group. His responsibilities include the acquisition and development of industrial properties throughout both the Carolina’s and the Port of Savannah in Georgia. Mr. Culbertson is also a managing partner of Cardinal Real Estate Partners, a consulting firm in Charlotte founded in 2006 to provide solutions and strategies for complex real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Culbertson worked for Trammell Crow, sourcing new business and providing leadership for Trammell Crow’s southeast sector. Mr. Culbertson negotiated national telecommunication projects, and successfully managed the disposition of the Charlotte Coliseum, earning widespread acclaim in the national press for his leadership, ethicality and creative execution. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Culbertson worked for International Airport Centers, providing multi-site, multi-project responsibility, including overseeing the renovation of a World War II deportation warehouse into Class A office space. Mr. Culbertson earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the College of Charleston and a Master of Business Administration from the McColl School of Business at Queens University.

Michael Jenkins
Director of Capital Markets

Michael Jenkins is the Director of Capital Markets for Brennan Investment Group. He has been involved in many debt and equity assignments with the company, and has assisted with due diligence in several acquisitions. Mr. Jenkins is experienced in commercial real estate finance, acquisitions, capital markets, investment banking, and joint venture formation/asset management. He has been involved in commercial real estate transactions nationwide, and has in depth experience in real estate contracts, loan documentation, CMBS agreements, commercial leases, and joint venture agreements.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, he held the position of EVP/Chief Investment Officer for The Abbey Company, and President of its investment subsidiary that undertook the company’s commercial property acquisitions, property/portfolio financing, joint venture management, and capital markets activities. While at Abbey Company, Mr. Jenkins arranged and managed joint ventures with institutional partners involving over $300 million in equity investments in commercial property acquisitions. Mr. Jenkins has held previous positions as Managing Director-Capital Markets at The Shidler Group; Vice-President Real Estate Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs & Co.; National Director-Investment Sales at Cushman & Wakefield; and Director-Real Estate Finance at Dillingham Corporation. Mr. Jenkins holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree in Corporate Finance and a Bachelor Degree in Economics, from University of California, Los Angeles.

Brad O’Halloran
Executive Director of Investor Relations,
Managing Principal

Brad O’Halloran is the Executive Director of Investor Relations and a Managing Principal for Brennan Investment Group. Mr. O’Halloran has a wide range of business, educational and government service experience.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. O’Halloran served as Regional Director of Development for the University of Notre Dame cultivating key high-level benefactors for the University and representing its various interests within the Chicago Metropolitan area. Prior to joining the University, Mr. O’Halloran held the position of Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Development for Duty Free International and its successor company World Duty Free, a wholly owned subsidiary of BAA, plc.  In this capacity, Mr. O’Halloran, oversaw all mergers and acquisition activity for the corporation as well as strategic marketing and key partnership development. Mr. O’Halloran has been a serial entrepreneur throughout his career with interests in over 19 companies and current interests in half a dozen in various stages of development.

Mr. O’Halloran currently serves on the Board of Directors for Old Plank Trail Bank, a subsidiary of Wintrust Financial Corporation. In addition, he is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Airports Council International, the International Visitors Center of Chicago and the Chicago Chamber of Commerce. He also served as a member of the board of the Village of Orland Park, Metra and of the State of Illinois Architectural Licensing Board. Mr. O’Halloran holds a Bachelor’s Degree, as well as a Masters, Business Administration (Magna cum Laude) from the University of Notre Dame.

Thomas Philbin
Senior Vice President of Asset Management

Thomas Philbin is the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Brennan Investment Group. Mr. Philbin oversees all aspects of the Brennan portfolio operations including leasing, construction, insurance, taxes and day-to-day operations.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Philbin spent 17 years at CenterPoint Properties most recently as the Regional Manager of the Central Region and was responsible for a $1.2 billion, 135 building portfolio. Mr. Philbin has specialized in real estate and construction for 20 years. Mr. Philbin has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University and a Masters of Business Administration from Marquette University.

Eric Clausen
Vice President of Asset Management

Eric Clausen is Vice President of Asset Management for Brennan Investment Group. In this capacity, Mr. Clausen is primarily responsible for management of the Group’s single tenant net lease portfolios with locations throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Clausen worked in joint venture asset management, acquisitions, and debt finance for Inland American Real Estate Trust, First Industrial Realty Trust, and Northwestern Investment Management. Mr. Clausen has over 12 years’ experience as a portfolio investment manager in industrial and other major property types.  Over this time, Mr. Clausen has successfully managed multiple, primarily industrial portfolios worth over $1 billion in combined value and has also been involved in $2.5 billion worth of new investments. Mr. Clausen earned his Master of Business Administration from Indiana University, and his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University.

Mary Crandall
Vice President of Asset Management

Mary Crandall is Vice President of Asset Management at Brennan Investment Group. Her main responsibility is liaison between ownership and tenant. Her duties include development of strong tenant relations, collections, fulfillment of lease responsibilities, tenant lease negotiations and renewal of tenant leases. Ms. Crandall is responsible for day to day building operations, vendor contracts, tenant improvements, and budget creation and implementation.

Ms. Crandall has over 27 years’ experience as property manager/asset manager in multi-housing, high-rise, industrial and retail property management with industry leaders such as; Aspen Square Management, American Invesco, Draper & Kramer, Equity Residential, Charles E. Smith, and MPR Management.

Ashley Baker
Property Manager

Ashley Baker is a Property Manager at Brennan Investment Group. She brings over eight years of experience in commercial leasing, commercial marketing and property management. Ms. Baker’s responsibilities involve understanding and implementing the operating expenses and budgeting for each property, financial reporting, tenant lease requirements and facility management.

Ms. Baker has been working in commercial real estate since she graduated from University. She graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a B.S. degree in Electronic Media and Film Production.

Joe Macchione
Assistant Property Manager

Joe Macchione is an Assistant Property Manager at Brennan Investment Group. Mr. Macchione is responsible for building operations, building improvement, managing vendor relationships, managing tenant relationships, budget creation, and budget implementation.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group in 2015, Mr. Macchione spent two years in the transportation industry. He graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2013 with a B.A in Political Science.

Amy Hastings
Property Manager

Amy Hastings is a Property Manager at Brennan Investment Group for the Indianapolis and Cincinnati area.  She has over 20 years of industrial and healthcare management experience.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Ms. Hastings worked with First Industrial Realty Trust and Lillibridge Healthcare Services.

Libby Simonson
Property Manager

Libby Simonson is an Accounting and Property Manager at Brennan Investment Group. In this capacity, Ms. Simonson performs the accounting and property management for Brennan’s industrial properties located in the Houston metropolitan area, Austin, Freeport and Dallas.

Ms. Simonson, has over 30 years’ experience in commercial real estate development. She has worked closely with clients in the development of commercial shopping centers and has performed the duties of accounting and property management for these centers.

Melissa Aidman
Property Manager

Melissa Aidman is a Property Manager in the Southeast Region for Brennan Investment Group. As Property Manager, Mrs. Aidman oversees more than 50 tenants in 13 different buildings comprised of over 600,000 SF in the Florida market. She actively and consistently implements strategies that support business and financial objectives.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mrs. Aidman was an Assistant Vice President in the Private Banking sector of Bank of America. Mrs. Aidman graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.

Sam Mandarino
General Counsel

Samuel Mandarino is General Counsel of Brennan Investment Group. Mr. Mandarino has extensive experience in a wide variety of real estate and corporate transactions as a principal and attorney.

Prior to Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Mandarino co-founded Madison Partners Realty in 2001, a company that purchased, managed, and leased over 5 million square feet of industrial buildings primarily in the Chicago and Milwaukee markets. Mr. Mandarino directed the day-to-day operations of the company and co-founded and managed the company’s 
property management affiliate – MPR Management Inc. Prior to founding Madison Partners Realty, Mr. Mandarino was an attorney in the real estate practice groups of Sidley Austin and Baker & McKenzie. Mr. Mandarino received his B.S. degree in accounting from DePaul University in 1991 and his J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Law in 1994. He is also a certified public accountant.

Frank Tebbe
Corporate Counsel

Frank Tebbe serves as Corporate Counsel for Brennan Investment Group. His work with the company involves the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and development of industrial properties on a national basis. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Tebbe was a real estate attorney in the Chicago office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP, where his practice focused on commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development, primarily in the retail sector. Before that, Mr. Tebbe served as in-house counsel at the Archdiocese of Chicago. Mr. Tebbe received his J.D. from DePaul University, his M.S. from Illinois State University, and his B.A. from DePaul University.

Susan North
Corporate Counsel

Susan North is Corporate Counsel for Brennan Investment Group.  Mrs. North began her career in the banking department at the Chicago law firm of Chapman and Cutler LLP, with a focus on real estate secured lending.  Subsequently she worked in the legal department at McDonald’s Corporation, in connection with both site leasing and acquisitions.  Mrs. North received her B.A. degree from Kalamazoo College and her J.D. degree from the University of Michigan Law School.  After taking a hiatus from work to raise her three children, Susan began working for Brennan Investment Group permanently in 2013, having previously assisted with portfolio acquisitions.

Lauren Parker
Corporate Counsel

Lauren Parker is Corporate Counsel for Brennan Investment Group.  Ms. Parker began her legal career in the litigation department at SmithAmundsen.  Subsequently, she worked at Drane & Freyer and McDonald’s Corporation. While at Drane & Freyer, Lauren assisted on commercial real estate closings.  At McDonald’s, she worked with the property management team to resolve complex post-acquisition issues.

Ms. Parker received her B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2007 and her J.D. degree from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2012.  She is also a graduate of two Washington, DC summer programs sponsored by The Fund for American Studies in connection with Georgetown University.  Graduating in 2006 from the Institute on Business and Government Affairs and the Legal Studies Institute in 2010.  Ms. Parker is an active member in the Chicago Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section and is the co-chair of the Real Estate Committee.

Sarah Brennan
Director of Marketing

Sarah Brennan is the Director of Marketing at Brennan Investment Group. Her responsibilities include financial and market analysis, research, and the editing and dissemination of investor material to Brennan’s diverse capital partners including its high net worth investors along with its institutional investor base. Ms. Brennan is also responsible for all marketing duties.

Ms. Brennan is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a member of the National Association of REALTORS®. She graduated from Miami University in 2013 with a B.A. degree in Organizational Communication and a minor in Finance.
