Eric Clausen

Eric Clausen is Executive Vice President of Asset Management at Brennan Investment Group, where he is responsible for overseeing the firm’s single-tenant net lease portfolios across the United States. In this role, he leads portfolio and asset management initiatives focused on maximizing performance and long-term value across the platform.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Eric held roles in joint venture asset management, acquisitions, and debt finance with Inland American Real Estate Trust, First Industrial Realty Trust, and Northwestern Investment Management. He brings extensive experience as a portfolio investment manager across industrial and other major property types. Throughout his career, Eric has managed portfolios with a combined value exceeding $1 billion and has been involved in more than $2.5 billion in new investments.

Eric earned his Master of Business Administration from Indiana University and his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University.
