Mary Crandall

Mary Crandall is Vice President of Asset Management at Brennan Investment Group. Her main responsibility is acting as the liaison between ownership and tenant. Her duties include development of strong tenant relations, collections, fulfillment of lease responsibilities, tenant lease negotiations, and renewal of tenant leases. Mary is responsible for day-to-day building operations, vendor contracts, tenant improvements, and budget creation and implementation.

Mary has over 32 years’ experience as property manager/asset manager in multi-housing, high-rise, industrial, and retail property management with industry leaders such as Aspen Square Management, American Invesco, Draper & Kramer, Equity Residential, Charles E. Smith, and MPR Management.
