Robert Vanecko

Robert Vanecko is a Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Brennan Investment Group.  He has served as the head of Brennan’s single-tenant net lease division since its inception in 2012.  Under his leadership, the net lease business has grown to over 25 million square feet and is Brennan’s largest business.

Robert has extensive experience in a wide variety of real estate and corporate transactions as a principal, investment banker and attorney.  He combines his background in finance, capital markets, and law to analyze, structure, negotiate and implement diverse and complex investment transactions.  Robert has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
