Brennan Investment Group, LLC, is pleased to announce the promotions of Ryan O’Halloran and Kevin Brennan, formally Vice Presidents, to Managing Principals. In their new roles, O’Halloran and Brennan will co-head the company’s Midwest region. Brennan Investment Group owns over 13 million square feet in the Midwest, with property and land holdings in six cities that include Chicago, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Indianapolis, Detroit, and Cincinnati. O’Halloran and Brennan will also assume responsibility for the development of the Elk Grove Technology Park, an 85-acre site in O’Hare acquired by the company in January of 2018.
“I have full confidence that Kevin and Ryan will lead the Midwest region with the highest level of professionalism that can be found in our industry,” stated Michael W. Brennan, Chairman and Managing Principal of Brennan Investment Group. “We’ve worked alongside each other since the company’s inception in December of 2009 and they are, in every sense, true co-founders of our company. It’s been gratifying to witness their evolution into top real estate practitioners.”
O’Halloran and Brennan will assume full investment and operational responsibility for the company’s 13 million square foot Midwest portfolio, including development projects. The role of Managing Principal for the Midwest region was previously held by Scott McKibben. Mr. McKibben is now the company’s Chief Investment Officer, directing underwriting and finance for all of the company’s investments.
Prior to the promotion to Managing Principal, O’Halloran and Brennan worked in every facet of the company, including underwriting, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and new market research. Both will office out of Rosemont, Illinois, headquarters for Brennan Investment Group.
