Overview:
We are seeking an Asset Management Analyst to join our fast-growing team! The Asset Management Analyst will play a critical role in centralizing the asset management functions to standardize Brennan Investment Group’s (BIG) policies, procedures, and Operating Principles across all of BIG’s regions, supporting the entire Operations platform of BIG, working directly for the Director of Operations as its “right hand person”. The role requires meticulous organization skills, excellent analytical skills, and a strong work ethic to enhance BIG’s Operations platform, facilitating cohesiveness across BIG’s 18 regions. The Asset Management Analyst will also assist the leasing team and other personnel in Operations with special projects and corporate-level initiatives. — Review and analyze operating performance of owned assets.
— Review and analyze operating performance of owned assets.
— Review analyses from BIG’s Analysts/Leasing Associates throughout all BIG regions to ensure accuracy and that it meets BIG’s underwriting criteria.
— Continuously seek ways to improve BIG’s tracking and efficiency.
— Make improvements to BIG’s standardized templates including the leasing dashboard, lease analysis, tenant surveys, market analysis, sale analysis, track record, investment memorandum documents, etc.
— Bachelor’s degree required; BS degree with concentration in finance and/or real estate highly preferred.
— Experience within the industrial real estate sector highly preferred.

The Executive Assistant will represent the office of the CEO with professionalism and diplomacy and provide the highest level of administrative support to the CEO by managing meeting and travel schedules, communications, and various projects and tasks to ensure efficient business operations.

-Plan and organize executive-level and other business meetings, including logistics, guest coordination, and follow-up.
-Prepare, organize, and disseminate agendas and other materials as needed for meetings.
-Collect, draft, and edit documents such as speeches, agendas, letters, memos, and business plans.
-Consistently monitor the CEO’s emails to ensure all messages are addressed promptly and maintain an organized inbox.
-Correspond with team members, executives, and external partners on behalf of the CEO when necessary.
-Liaise with members of other organizations with which the CEO is affiliated to provide necessary information or assistance;
-Coordinate Board member and Board of Advisors duties.
-Coordinate various related meetings and travel.
-Provide updated personal financial statements and other requested documents to lenders as needed.
-Manage banking needs, including personal wire transfers, credit card management and payments, and tracking personal distributions and incoming payments.
-Maintain all usernames, passwords, and manage both business and personal membership renewals.
-Collaborate closely with the personal CPA and assist in gathering information for the preparation of personal taxes.
-Handle vendor payments for both business and personal expenses.
-Organize and maintain comprehensive files and records for both business and personal matters;
-Print and scan documents;
-Compose, modify, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
