Brad O’Halloran is the Executive Vice President and Managing Principal for Brennan Investment Group. He has a wide range of business, educational, and government service experience.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Brad served as regional director of development for the University of Notre Dame, cultivating key high-level benefactors for the university and representing its various interests within the Chicago metropolitan area. Before joining the University, Brad was senior vice president and director of corporate development for Duty-Free International and its successor company, World Duty-Free, a wholly owned subsidiary of BAA, plc. In this capacity, he oversaw all mergers and acquisition activity for the corporation as well as strategic marketing and key partnership development.

Brad is a seasoned entrepreneur with a career-spanning involvement in over 19 companies and current active interests in half a dozen ventures at various stages of development. He serves on the board of directors for Old Plank Trail Bank, a subsidiary of Wintrust Financial Corporation. His previous board memberships include the Airports Council International, the International Visitors Center of Chicago, the Chicago Chamber of Commerce, the Village of Orland Park, Metra, and the State of Illinois Architectural Licensing Board. Additionally, Brad is a Notre Dame FIRE Fellow at the University of Notre Dame’s Fitzgerald Institute for Real Estate (FIRE).

Brad holds a bachelor’s degree, as well as a master’s, in business administration (magna cum laude) from the University of Notre Dame.

Kevin Carlson is Vice President of Capital Markets at Brennan Investment Group. He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and transacting on institutional JV equity and debt for Brennan’s national platform. Prior to joining Brennan, Kevin served as Head of Acquisitions at Ashland Capital, overseeing underwriting and sourcing of new acquisitions in the US Midwest and Sunbelt region. Prior to Ashland Capital Kevin spent 6-years as a Vice President for Wintrust Bank where he facilitated over $500M in debt origination. Kevin earned his B.S. in Finance from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business.

CJ Stempeck is Vice President of Capital Markets at Brennan Investment Group. He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and transacting on institutional JV equity and debt for Brennan’s national platform. Prior to joining Brennan, CJ held various roles at Quadrant Real Estate Advisors including loan originations and debt & equity capital advisory. During his time at Quadrant, CJ covered all primary property types across the US, UK, and Republic of Ireland, and spent three years based in the firm’s London office. CJ earned his B.A. in Economics from Colgate University and is a CFA charter holder.

Eva Szalankiewicz is an Investor Relations Associate for Brennan Investment Group. With a strong background in finance and administration, Eva brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role.

Eva’s primary responsibility is to engage directly with Brennan Investment Group’s High Net Worth (HNW) client base. She excels in providing timely updates on current investments, facilitating capital raises for future investments, and managing correspondence with clients effectively.

Eva’s career journey began in the banking industry, where she gained valuable insights into financial management and client relations. She then transitioned into staff accounting and administration roles within a technology equipment leasing company, honing her skills in financial analysis and operational management.

After taking a hiatus from her professional career to raise her two children, Eva returned to the workforce with renewed dedication and passion. She joined Brennan Investment Group initially on a part-time basis in the summer of 2021, demonstrating her commitment to professional growth and development. Her exemplary performance and dedication led to her transition to a full-time role in the summer of 2022, where she continues to make significant contributions to the success of Brennan Investment Group and its clients.

Eva received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois Chicago.
