Lisa Thomas

Lisa Thomas is a Property Manager in the Memphis region, responsible for the overall operation and financial success of 27 industrial properties in the Memphis market.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Lisa served as a Senior Real Estate Manager at CBRE, where she developed and maintained strong business relationships with tenants, vendors, and the local business community. She oversaw the daily operations of multiple Class A office properties, including supervision of building staff, contract and lease administration, property inspections, and assisting with leasing efforts.

Lisa is well-versed in preparing annual operating and capital budgets, monthly ownership reporting packages, and annual escalation billings. Throughout her career, she has held positions at both CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield, bringing a wealth of property management expertise to Brennan.

Lisa earned her RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation from BOMI International in 2015. She also served on the BOMA Memphis Board of Directors from January 2015 to December 2019, and chaired the BOMA Memphis Education Committee from 2013–2014 and again from 2020–2022.
