Zippy Shell, a leading provider of moving solutions for the do-it-yourself mover, sought to develop a new 118,000-square-foot facility to serve as their Chicago headquarters.  Brennan located the site and designed a facility ideally suited to meet their long-term needs,  delivering the building thirty days ahead of schedule, and under budget.
