Zane Smith

Zane Smith is a Vice President at Brennan Investment Group. Based in Dallas, Texas, Zane is responsible for sourcing and closing new acquisition and development opportunities and the ongoing asset management of industrial properties in the North Texas Region.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Zane was a Vice President at MoxieBridge, where he led the industrial acquisition efforts in sourcing and closing of more than 3 million square feet of shallow bay light industrial properties totaling over $300 million in transaction volume. Prior to MoxieBridge, Zane served as a Senior Analyst at Colony Industrial where he was responsible for the analytical support of the Asset Management platform for a portfolio of over 350 industrial assets totaling 40 million square feet in 20 U.S. markets.

Zane holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance) and a Bachelor of Business Administration both from Dallas Baptist University. Zane resides in Dallas and is actively involved in NAIOP’s North Texas chapter.
