Heather Propst

Heather Propst is a Leasing Associate at Brennan Investment Group. She is responsible for the leasing and operations functions for properties in the Georgia and Memphis industrial markets.

Heather is a commercial leasing real estate professional who comes to BIG from Equitable Management Corporation (EMC). After running her consulting firm specializing in sales and marketing for boutique companies, she joined EMC where she managed a diverse portfolio across retail, office, and industrial sectors. In addition, she specialized in contract negotiation, landlord and tenant representation and business development. She also served as the film location liaison for local properties. She excels in building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.

Heather graduated from Georgia State University with an MBA in International Business and BBA in Marketing. She was previously an Associate Partner at Invesco and served as President of both the Georgia Securities Association and the GSU EMBA Alumni Board. She is a graduate of the Leadership Sandy Springs Class of 2022 and is currently a member of Invest Atlanta.
