Michael Brennan is a Co-Founder, Chairman, and Managing Principal of Brennan Investment Group. Mr. Brennan has orchestrated more than $14 billion in industrial real estate transactions in the course of his 33-year career.

Prior to forming Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Brennan co-founded First Industrial Realty Trust (NYSE: FR) in 1994, and served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors until late 2008. Under his direction First Industrial assisted many of the nation’s largest industrial users in completing complex supply chain reconfigurations, and attracted investment partners including The Carlyle Group, the Kuwait Finance House, Union Bank of Switzerland, ING, and the California State Teachers’ Retirement System.

Under his direction, The Guide to Classifying Industrial Property Types was written. The only book of its kind, the guide presents a precise classification system for industrial properties and provides an in-depth review of the characteristics and evolution of the industrial property sector. The Urban Land Institute (ULI) acquired the rights to the guide and collaborated with First Industrial on a second edition, which is currently available through ULI.

Often sought as an industry expert on industrial real estate, Mr. Brennan has appeared on CNBC, CNNfn and Bloomberg Television. Mr. Brennan is a prominent leader in the real estate community and is a member of ULI and the World Presidents’ Organization. Mr. Brennan was named Commercial Property News’ “Industrial Property Executive of the Year” in 2000 and one of Irish American Magazine’s Top 100 Business Leaders in America in 2003.

Before co-founding First Industrial, Mr. Brennan was a President and Partner in The Shidler Group, a nationally prominent real estate firm specializing in value-add real estate transactions. He was a founding investor of Tri-Net Property Trust and Co-Founder and member of the Board of Directors for Pacific Office Properties (AMEX: PCE), an office REIT that owns institutional quality properties in Honolulu, California, and Arizona. Mr. Brennan is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Chicago Public Library Foundation, which provides on-going funding, through its endowments and annual fundraising, for collections, book acquisition and a variety of community-based programs that contribute to the excellence of the Chicago Public Library. He began his industrial real estate career in 1984, as an Investment Specialist with CB Commercial. Mr. Brennan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame in 1979.

Mr. Brennan currently serves as Executive Director of the University of Wisconsin’s James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate, a program that is consistently ranked among the best real estate programs in the world. He also serves as a member of the Board of the Technical Committee for FIBRA Macquarie, a publicly traded company (BMV:FIBRAMQ) and premier owner of Mexican industrial and retail real estate.

Scott McKibben
Chief Investment Officer,
Managing Principal

Scott McKibben is Chief Investment Officer, Co-Founder and a Managing Principal at Brennan Investment Group. He oversees the acquisition, development and disposition of primarily industrial properties throughout the United States.  Brennan Investment Group has acquisitions offices in Chicago, Tampa, Charlotte, Washington D.C., Indianapolis, Houston, Denver, San Diego and Atlanta.  While at Brennan Investment Group, Mr. McKibben has assisted in the acquisition, development and disposition of over $4 billion in transactions totaling over 50 million square feet of transactions in 31 different states.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. McKibben was the Co-Founder of Madison Partners Realty, which purchased, managed, and leased over 5 million square feet of office and industrial buildings in primarily the Chicago and Milwaukee markets. During his career as a principal of Brennan Investment Group and of Madison Partners Realty and as the Vice-President of Acquisitions of Prime Group Realty Trust, Mr. McKibben completed the acquisition and development of over $6.5 billion in office and industrial properties.

Mr. McKibben earned his Bachelor’s B.S. in Finance in 1991 from DePaul University, his M.S. in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis in 1994 from University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Business and his Juris Doctor in 1994 from University of Wisconsin Law School. Mr. McKibben is an Illinois licensed attorney and real estate broker.

Sam Mandarino
General Counsel

Samuel Mandarino is General Counsel of Brennan Investment Group. Mr. Mandarino has extensive experience in a wide variety of real estate and corporate transactions as a principal and attorney.

Prior to Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Mandarino co-founded Madison Partners Realty in 2001, a company that purchased, managed, and leased over 5 million square feet of industrial buildings primarily in the Chicago and Milwaukee markets. Mr. Mandarino directed the day-to-day operations of the company and co-founded and managed the company’s 
property management affiliate – MPR Management Inc. Prior to founding Madison Partners Realty, Mr. Mandarino was an attorney in the real estate practice groups of Sidley Austin and Baker & McKenzie. Mr. Mandarino received his B.S. degree in accounting from DePaul University in 1991 and his J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Law in 1994. He is also a certified public accountant.

Kevin Brennan
Managing Principal

Kevin Brennan is a Managing Principal and Co-Founder of Brennan Investment Group. In this capacity, Mr. Brennan directs all investment, operations, portfolio management, disposition, and development activity in the Midwest.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Brennan worked in the Capital Deployment Group at Prologis. While at Prologis, Mr. Brennan was directly responsible for the evaluation and underwriting of industrial acquisition and development transactions throughout the Central Region of the United States.  During the course of his career, Mr. Brennan has been involved in over $3 billion in industrial transactions.

Mr. Brennan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and is a board member of NAIOP.

Robert Vanecko
Managing Principal

Robert Vanecko is a Managing Principal of Brennan Investment Group and is also the head of Brennan’s single-tenant, net lease division. Mr. Vanecko has extensive experience in a wide variety of real estate and corporate transactions as a principal, investment banker and attorney. Since 1993, he has been involved in the structuring, negotiation and execution of over 40 separate transactions with a total value of over $3 billion. Mr. Vanecko combines his background in finance, capital markets and law to analyze, structure, negotiate and implement diverse and complex investment transactions.

Prior to Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Vanecko was a co-founder and co-general partner of DV Urban Realty Partners I L.P. (“DV”), a $71.5 million real estate private equity fund. DV invests in value-added urban real estate transactions, primarily in Chicago. Along with the other sponsors of DV, Mr. Vanecko directed the day-to-day operations of the fund, including investment sourcing, evaluation and execution, asset management, finance and administration. The fund’s portfolio of investments and developments includes over 800 residential units and over 500,000 square feet of commercial space. Mr. Vanecko also co-founded and managed the fund’s property management affiliate – DV Property Management, LLC. Mr. Vanecko has a B.A. degree from Yale University and a J.D. degree (magna cum laude) from Northwestern University School of Law. He serves on the boards of several charitable and civic organizations.

Brad O’Halloran
Executive Director of Investor Relations,

Brad O’Halloran is the Executive Director of Investor Relations and a Managing Principal for Brennan Investment Group. Mr. O’Halloran has a wide range of business, educational and government service experience.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. O’Halloran served as Regional Director of Development for the University of Notre Dame cultivating key high-level benefactors for the University and representing its various interests within the Chicago Metropolitan area. Prior to joining the University, Mr. O’Halloran held the position of Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Development for Duty Free International and its successor company World Duty Free, a wholly owned subsidiary of BAA, plc.  In this capacity, Mr. O’Halloran, oversaw all mergers and acquisition activity for the corporation as well as strategic marketing and key partnership development. Mr. O’Halloran has been a serial entrepreneur throughout his career with interests in over 19 companies and current interests in half a dozen in various stages of development.

Mr. O’Halloran currently serves on the Board of Directors for Old Plank Trail Bank, a subsidiary of Wintrust Financial Corporation. In addition, he is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Airports Council International, the International Visitors Center of Chicago and the Chicago Chamber of Commerce. He also served as a member of the board of the Village of Orland Park, Metra and of the State of Illinois Architectural Licensing Board. Mr. O’Halloran holds a Bachelor’s Degree, as well as a Masters, Business Administration (Magna cum Laude) from the University of Notre Dame.

Troy MacMane
Managing Principal

Troy MacMane is a Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Brennan Investment Group and is based out of Houston. With more than two decades of real estate experience, Mr. MacMane directs development, acquisitions, operations, portfolio management, and sales activity in the Southwest/Texas Triangle area.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. MacMane was the co-founder and manager of Trident Equity Partners. Prior to forming Trident, Mr. MacMane was a Regional Director at First Industrial. Mr. MacMane was head of First Industrial’s acquisition and development program in the southern portion of Texas and responsible for all aspects of portfolio management. Mr. MacMane has acquired and developed over $5 billion of industrial assets totaling over 80 million square feet. Mr. MacMane graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and attended St. Thomas University’s MBA program.

Tod Greenwood
Executive Director of Build-to-Suit Development, Managing Principal

Tod Greenwood is a Managing Principal of Brennan Investment Group. He is responsible for industrial property transactions in Texas, with a focus on Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Greenwood was the co- founder and manager of Trident Equity Partners. Prior to forming Trident, Mr. Greenwood worked in the industrial division of the Trammell Crow Company where he was an industrial leasing broker from 1993 to 1998, focusing on landlord representation. In 1999, Mr. Greenwood was asked to run the industrial development program for the Houston office of Trammell Crow Company. As Vice President for industrial development, Mr. Greenwood developed a variety of product types including cross-dock, dock-high rear load and bulk distribution buildings. Mr. Greenwood graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Business degree and the University of Texas Graduate School of Business with a Master of Business Administration degree.

Chris Massey
Managing Principal

Chris Massey is a Managing Principal for Brennan Investment Group. He is responsible for identifying and underwriting industrial property investments throughout the mid-Atlantic and Northeastern United States. Mr. Massey has approximately 25 years of experience and over $4 billion of commercial real estate underwriting, acquisition and asset management across the United States and Canada.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, he was responsible for sourcing and underwriting approximately $250 million primarily of office and industrial assets at Magnolia Partners. Previously, he was Managing Director of Gladstone Commercial Corporation where he acquired over $180 million of single-tenant office and industrial assets encompassing 1.9 million square feet throughout the eastern half of the United States and Canada. Earlier, he asset-managed a $400 million, 3.3 million square foot portfolio for Kennedy Associates Real Estate Counsel. He started his real estate career at J.E. Robert Companies acquiring and managing workouts of non-performing loans and REO assets. Mr. Massey earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Tech and is active in the local community through his support of several charitable and social endeavors.

Robert Krueger
Managing Principal

Robert Krueger is a Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Brennan Investment Group. Based in Tampa, he is responsible for industrial property transactions in Central Florida. Mr. Krueger is among the most accomplished industrial professionals in the Florida market, with 41 years of experience in construction, development, and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Krueger was the key executive in building First Industrial’s portfolio in Central Florida. During his tenure with First Industrial, Mr. Krueger acquired and developed over 5 million square feet of industrial and flex space in the Florida market. Before leaving First Industrial, Mr. Krueger was in charge of managing First Industrial’s Florida portfolio of nearly 3 million square feet, and 821 acres, in Tampa, Orlando and Miami. During his tenure with Brennan Investment Group, he has developed over 1 million square feet of industrial warehouse space and was named Developer of the Year in 2017 by the NAIOP Tampa chapter. Mr. Krueger is an active member of the Real Estate Investment Council (REIC), NAIOP Build to Suit Forum and Leadership Tampa Bay. He is also a licensed real estate broker, a licensed professional engineer in Florida, Hawaii and Wisconsin, and holds a Florida Class A general contracting license. Mr. Krueger earned a Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering from Marquette University in 1972.

Tim Gudim
Managing Principal

Tim Gudim is a Managing Principal of Brennan Investment Group. He is responsible for industrial property investments in the Western United States, with a primary focus on Southern California.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Gudim was Managing Director-West Region at First Industrial where he expanded the company’s investment and development objectives and opened new regional offices in the major West Coast markets. During his tenure at First Industrial, Mr. Gudim acquired portfolios and opened regional offices in Los Angeles, San Diego and Portland, while also acquiring properties in San Francisco. Over the course of a 31 year career, Mr. Gudim has orchestrated over $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions in excess of 60 million square feet, spanning multiple Western regional markets including Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Denver, Portland, and Phoenix. Mr. Gudim earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1982.

Allen Crosswell
Managing Principal

Allen Crosswell is a Managing Principal of Brennan Investment Group. He is responsible for industrial property transactions in Texas, with a focus on Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin. Mr. Crosswell is a leader in the Houston real estate brokerage and investment community. Mr. Crosswell believes in the value of long-term relationships and that fair business dealings lead to repeat business. By employing this philosophy, he has gained the confidence of landowners, investors, brokers and retailers within the real estate community and has produced consistent year in and year out results for his clients and investors in both the land brokerage and development arenas.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Crosswell was a co-founder of TGB Crosswell. Mr. Crosswell has a significant track record of identifying and executing successful raw land investment and development opportunities. His ability to pinpoint the key issues in a deal and to work through those issues in a way that is agreeable and even beneficial to all parties involved is a recurring theme in the transactions he has completed. Mr. Crosswell was also co-founder of Crosswell Torian Commercial Properties, LLC., which specialized in commercial land brokerage. Mr. Crosswell received his Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Mississippi.

Matt Kay
Senior Associate

Matthew Kay is a Senior Associate at Brennan Investment Group. In this capacity, Mr. Kay’s responsibilities include financial and market analysis of industrial, development and single-tenant net-lease acquisitions throughout the United States, with a focus on Midwest markets.  While at Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Kay has assisted in the acquisition, development and recapitalization of over $2 billion in transactions totaling approximately 38 million square feet in over 20 different states.

Mr. Kay holds a B.A. degree from Indiana University and is an active member of NAIOP. He is involved with charitable organizations such as the Young Associates Board of Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and the Chad Tough Foundation of C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital of Ann Arbor.

Kevin Brennan is a Managing Principal and Co-Founder of Brennan Investment Group. In this capacity, Mr. Brennan directs all investment, operations, portfolio management, disposition, and development activity in the Midwest.

Luke McCarthy
Senior Associate

Mr. McCarthy is an Associate at Brennan Investment Group. In this capacity, Mr. McCarthy performs financial and market analysis on various industrial acquisitions across the US. His duties include underwriting acquisitions, researching markets, and assisting with the due diligence on pending deals.

He graduated from the University of Iowa in 2015 with a BBA in Finance and a BBA in Economics.

Brian Duddy
Analyst

Brian Duddy is an Analyst in the Washington, DC office. In this role, Mr. Duddy is involved in all aspects of industrial real estate transactions including underwriting, market, and financial analysis of potential acquisitions. In addition to his role in acquisitions, Mr. Duddy helps actively manage properties in the mid-Atlantic region and assists in the disposition of assets. He also assists other regions on the east coast; working with the Managing Principals in Florida and Georgia, who service the south-east markets of the United States. Mr. Duddy graduated from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA with a B.S. in Finance.

Chris Massey
Managing Principal

Chris Massey is a Managing Principal for Brennan Investment Group. Brian Roach
Managing Principal

Brian Roach is a Managing Principal for Brennan Investment Group and is based out of Denver. He is responsible for acquisition and development of industrial properties in Denver, Salt Lake City, Phoenix and Kansas City. Mr. Roach has nearly 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, particularly in capital deployment and asset management.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, he was Senior Managing Director for the industrial development platform at the Pauls Corporation in Denver. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President for DCT Industrial Trust (NYSE: DCT), a publicly traded industrial real estate investment trust. During his time with DCT, Mr. Roach led the Chicago office and was responsible for all capital deployment in the Chicago market. During his tenure, he acquired and developed approximately $400 million of industrial real estate. Mr. Roach received his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Crosswell was a co-founder of TGB Crosswell. Mr. Crosswell has a significant track record of identifying and executing successful raw land investment and development opportunities. His ability to pinpoint the key issues in a deal and to work through those issues in a way that is agreeable and even beneficial to all parties involved is a recurring theme in the transactions he has completed. Mr. Crosswell was also co-founder of Crosswell Torian Commercial Properties, LLC., which specialized in commercial land brokerage. Mr. Crosswell received his Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Mississippi.

William Saied
Acquisitions Associate

William Saied is an Acquisition Associate in the Houston Office. In this capacity, Mr. Saied is involved in all facets of Brennan’s acquisition and development platform. In addition to underwriting potential acquisitions, he is also involved in the dispositions, due diligence, and asset management of Brennan’s projects. Mr. Saied focuses on Texas, with particular focus on the Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin markets. Additionally, he assists the Managing Principals in California and Colorado, who service the West Coast, Reno, Denver, Salt Lake City, and Kansas City markets.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Saied worked for Transwestern in Dallas as a financial analyst in their Summer Internship Program. While at Transwestern, he worked closely with office and industrial investment sales brokers, analyzing submarkets and determining market value for a variety of deals. Mr. Saied earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Texas in 2017.

Tim Gudim
Managing Principal

Tim Gudim is a Managing Principal of Brennan Investment Group. He is responsible for industrial property investments in the Western United States, with a primary focus on Southern California.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Gudim was Managing Director-West Region at First Industrial where he expanded the company’s investment and development objectives and opened new regional offices in the major West Coast markets. During his tenure at First Industrial, Mr. Gudim acquired portfolios and opened regional offices in Los Angeles, San Diego and Portland, while also acquiring properties in San Francisco. Over the course of a 31 year career, Mr. Gudim has orchestrated over $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions in excess of 60 million square feet, spanning multiple Western regional markets including Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Denver, Portland, and Phoenix. Mr. Gudim earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1982.

Robert Krueger
Managing Principal

Robert Krueger is a Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Brennan Investment Group. Based in Tampa, he is responsible for industrial property transactions in Central Florida. Mr. Krueger is among the most accomplished industrial professionals in the Florida market, with 41 years of experience in construction, development, and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Krueger was the key executive in building First Industrial’s portfolio in Central Florida. During his tenure with First Industrial, Mr. Krueger acquired and developed over 5 million square feet of industrial and flex space in the Florida market. Before leaving First Industrial, Mr. Krueger was in charge of managing First Industrial’s Florida portfolio of nearly 3 million square feet, and 821 acres, in Tampa, Orlando and Miami. During his tenure with Brennan Investment Group, he has developed over 1 million square feet of industrial warehouse space and was named Developer of the Year in 2017 by the NAIOP Tampa chapter. Mr. Krueger is an active member of the Real Estate Investment Council (REIC), NAIOP Build to Suit Forum and Leadership Tampa Bay. He is also a licensed real estate broker, a licensed professional engineer in Florida, Hawaii and Wisconsin, and holds a Florida Class A general contracting license. Mr. Krueger earned a Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering from Marquette University in 1972.

Bobby Krueger
Analyst

Bobby Krueger is an Analyst in the Southeast Region for Brennan Investment Group. As an Analyst, Mr. Krueger is responsible for the due diligence and market analysis of industrial development and acquisitions in the Florida market.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Krueger was a Vice President Fulfillment Divisional Leader in the Consumer Banking sector of Bank of America. Mr. Krueger was responsible for leading a Fulfillment Division and the end to end process of a $1.2 billion consumer loan portfolio.

Mr. Krueger graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor degree in Finance and Real Estate. He is a member of NAIOP and a licensed Real Estate Associate in the State of Florida.

Michael Martin
Senior Vice President

Michael Martin is a Senior Vice President at Brennan Investment Group. Mr. Martin is responsible for acquisition and development of industrial properties in Atlanta and Savannah and will also oversee all operational activities within his region, including management and leasing.

Before joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Martin was Vice President at OmniTRAX, Inc., one of North America’s largest private railroad and transportation management companies. In this role, Mr. Martin was responsible for facilitating the development of industrial sites on or near OmniTRAX railroads. Previously, he was Regional Vice President for First Industrial Realty Trust in Atlanta. During his time with First Industrial, Mr. Martin was responsible for identifying and acquiring land for various industrial developments throughout the Atlanta region. Mr. Martin started his career with the Trammell Crow Company.

Mr. Martin received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and his Master of Science in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Brad O’Halloran
Executive Director of Investor Relations,
Managing Principal

Brad O’Halloran is the Executive Director of Investor Relations and a Managing Principal for Brennan Investment Group. Mr. O’Halloran has a wide range of business, educational and government service experience.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. O’Halloran served as Regional Director of Development for the University of Notre Dame cultivating key high-level benefactors for the University and representing its various interests within the Chicago Metropolitan area. Prior to joining the University, Mr. O’Halloran held the position of Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Development for Duty Free International and its successor company World Duty Free, a wholly owned subsidiary of BAA, plc.  In this capacity, Mr. O’Halloran, oversaw all mergers and acquisition activity for the corporation as well as strategic marketing and key partnership development. Mr. O’Halloran has been a serial entrepreneur throughout his career with interests in over 19 companies and current interests in half a dozen in various stages of development.

Mr. O’Halloran currently serves on the Board of Directors for Old Plank Trail Bank, a subsidiary of Wintrust Financial Corporation. In addition, he is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Airports Council International, the International Visitors Center of Chicago and the Chicago Chamber of Commerce. He also served as a member of the board of the Village of Orland Park, Metra and of the State of Illinois Architectural Licensing Board. Mr. O’Halloran holds a Bachelor’s Degree, as well as a Masters, Business Administration (Magna cum Laude) from the University of Notre Dame.

Fordy Gates
Senior Associate

Fordy Gates is a Senior Associate at Brennan Investment Group. In this capacity, Mr. Gates is responsible for all leasing and operation functions for properties in the Chicago/Midwest market.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Gates spent four years in the real estate service industry. He began his professional career at CBRE in the Market Research Group in Dallas, TX, where he was in charge of compiling the Dallas/Fort-Worth industrial market overview and generating quarterly market write-ups. During his tenure at CBRE, he created a database of 100 top industrial leases which was used to compare the largest leases signed year-over-year in the Dallas/Fort-Worth area. After CBRE, Mr. Gates moved to New York City, where he became JLL’s head research analyst for 63.7 million square feet of office property located in the Midtown South office sector within New York City. Mr. Gates was later transferred to JLL Industrial Investment Sales Group in Chicago where his responsibilities included asset disposition and financing services to all capital markets clients focused on industrial assets. Mr. Gates was integrally involved in all aspects of the pre-marketing, due diligence, underwriting and offering materials production processes for institutional and corporate clients as well as private owners of real estate.

Mr. Gates earned his Master of Business Administration from the Graaskaamp Commercial Real Estate program at the University of Wisconsin, and his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University.

Sarah Brennan
Leasing Associate

Sarah Brennan is a Leasing Associate at Brennan Investment Group. Her responsibilities include analyzing and negotiating new leases and renewals, collaborating with listing brokers to manage the leasing of vacant space, as well as identifying plans to maximize occupancy rates and rental revenues.

Ms. Brennan is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a member of the National Association of REALTORS®. She is also a member of IWIRE, NAIOP and YNG Chicago. She graduated from Miami University in 2013 with a B.A. degree in Organizational Communication and a minor in Finance.

Mary Crandall
Vice President of Asset Management

Mary Crandall is Vice President of Asset Management at Brennan Investment Group. Her main responsibility is liaison between ownership and tenant. Her duties include development of strong tenant relations, collections, fulfillment of lease responsibilities, tenant lease negotiations and renewal of tenant leases. Ms. Crandall is responsible for day to day building operations, vendor contracts, tenant improvements, and budget creation and implementation.

Ms. Crandall has over 32 years’ experience as property manager/asset manager in multi-housing, high-rise, industrial and retail property management with industry leaders such as; Aspen Square Management, American Invesco, Draper & Kramer, Equity Residential, Charles E. Smith, and MPR Management.

Joe Macchione
Property Manager

Joe Macchione is a Property Manager at Brennan Investment Group. Mr. Macchione is responsible for building operations, building improvement, managing vendor relationships, managing tenant relationships, budget creation, and budget implementation.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group in 2015, Mr. Macchione spent two years in the transportation industry. He graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2013 with a B.A in Political Science.

Eric Clausen
Vice President of Asset Management

Eric Clausen is Vice President of Asset Management for Brennan Investment Group. In this capacity, Mr. Clausen is primarily responsible for management of the Group’s single tenant net lease portfolios with locations throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Clausen worked in joint venture asset management, acquisitions, and debt finance for Inland American Real Estate Trust, First Industrial Realty Trust, and Northwestern Investment Management. Mr. Clausen has over 12 years’ experience as a portfolio investment manager in industrial and other major property types.  Over this time, Mr. Clausen has successfully managed multiple, primarily industrial portfolios worth over $1 billion in combined value and has also been involved in $2.5 billion worth of new investments. Mr. Clausen earned his Master of Business Administration from Indiana University, and his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University.

Ashley Baker
Asset Manager

Ashley Baker is an Asset Manager at Brennan Investment Group. She brings over eight years of experience in commercial leasing, commercial marketing and property management. Ms. Baker’s responsibilities involve understanding and implementing the operating expenses and budgeting for each property, financial reporting, tenant lease requirements and facility management.

Ms. Baker has been working in commercial real estate since she graduated from University. She graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a B.S. degree in Electronic Media and Film Production.

Sue Taramelli
Portfolio Operations Coordinator

Sue Taramelli is the Portfolio Operations Coordinator for the Single Tenant Net Lease Team of Brennan Investment Group. In her role, Ms. Taramelli is primarily responsible for the management of insurance compliance for the portfolio, including obtaining tenants’ current insurance coverage, ensuring compliance with lease and loan requirements and working with the company’s insurance agent to ensure appropriate coverage is procured and maintained. Ms. Taramelli’s duties also include property management, lease administration and administration of tenants’ lease requirements.

Ms. Taramelli has attained over 20 years of experience as a real estate professional at First Industrial Realty Trust and Cushman & Wakefield, where she achieved extensive insurance, property management, leasing, marketing and lease administration experience.

Ms. Taramelli earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University, her Paralegal Certificate from Roosevelt University and is an Illinois Licensed Real Estate Broker.

Bobby Martin is an Associate of Asset Management for Brennan Investment Group. In this capacity, Mr. Martin assists in managing the Group’s single tenant net lease portfolios with locations throughout the United States. Property Manager

Libby Simonson is an Accounting and Property Manager at Brennan Investment Group. In this capacity, Ms. Simonson performs the accounting and property management for Brennan’s industrial properties located in the Houston metropolitan area, Austin, Freeport and Dallas.

Ms. Simonson has over 30 years’ experience in commercial real estate development. She has worked closely with clients in the development of commercial shopping centers and has performed the duties of accounting and property management for these centers.

Melissa Wolbe
Property Manager

Melissa Wolbe is a Property Manager in the Southeast Region for Brennan Investment Group. As Property Manager, Mrs. Wolbe oversees more than 50 tenants in 13 different buildings comprised of over 600,000 SF in the Florida market. She actively and consistently implements strategies that support business and financial objectives.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mrs. Wolbe was an Assistant Vice President in the Private Banking sector of Bank of America. Mrs. Wolbe graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.

Sam Mandarino
General Counsel

Samuel Mandarino is General Counsel of Brennan Investment Group. Mr. Mandarino has extensive experience in a wide variety of real estate and corporate transactions as a principal and attorney.

Prior to Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Mandarino co-founded Madison Partners Realty in 2001, a company that purchased, managed, and leased over 5 million square feet of industrial buildings primarily in the Chicago and Milwaukee markets. Mr. Mandarino directed the day-to-day operations of the company and co-founded and managed the company’s 
property management affiliate – MPR Management Inc. Prior to founding Madison Partners Realty, Mr. Mandarino was an attorney in the real estate practice groups of Sidley Austin and Baker & McKenzie. Mr. Mandarino received his B.S. degree in accounting from DePaul University in 1991 and his J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Law in 1994. He is also a certified public accountant.

Frank Tebbe
Assistant General Counsel

Frank Tebbe serves as Assistant General Counsel for Brennan Investment Group. His work with the company involves the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and development of industrial properties on a national basis.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Tebbe was a real estate attorney in the Chicago office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP, where his practice focused on commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development, primarily in the retail sector. Before that, Mr. Tebbe served as in-house counsel at the Archdiocese of Chicago. Mr. Tebbe received his J.D. from DePaul University, his M.S. from Illinois State University, and his B.A. from DePaul University.

Susan North
Assistant General Counsel

Susan North is Assistant General Counsel for Brennan Investment Group. Ms. North began her career in the banking department at the Chicago law firm of Chapman and Cutler LLP, with a focus on real estate secured lending. Subsequently she worked in the legal department at McDonald’s Corporation, in connection with both site leasing and acquisitions.

Ms. North received her B.A. degree from Kalamazoo College and her J.D. degree from the University of Michigan Law School. After taking a hiatus from work to raise her three children, Susan began working for Brennan Investment Group permanently in 2013, having previously assisted with portfolio acquisitions.

Michael J. Toussaint
Corporate Counsel

Michael Toussaint is Corporate Counsel for Brennan Investment Group. Prior to joining Brennan, Mr. Toussaint worked as a law clerk at various law firms focusing on residential real estate closings and commercial litigation.

Mr. Toussaint received his B.A. degree in History from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2016 and his J.D. degree from DePaul University College of Law in 2019. While in law school, Mr. Toussaint served as an editor for the DePaul Journal of Art, Technology, and Intellectual Property, and was an active member of the Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity. Mr. Toussaint graduated law school with Dean’s List honors and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for his transactional legal drafting class.

Linda Yi-Condon
Corporate Counsel

Linda Yi-Condon is Corporate Counsel for Brennan Investment Group. She began her career working as in-house counsel for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company serving the Real Estate Investments Department. She subsequently worked as in-house counsel for two real estate development firms, focusing primarily on acquisitions, sales, and leasing in the retail sector. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Yi-Condon worked as a contract manager for 10 years at the Archdiocese of Chicago where she negotiated leases with not-for-profit organizations.

Ms. Yi-Condon received both her bachelor’s degree and J.D. degree from Northwestern University. She is the proud mother of two grown children and grandmother to one amazing granddaughter.

Bob Klinger
Vice President, Development

Bob Klinger is Vice President, Development of Brennan Investment Group. Mr. Klinger oversees the design, permitting, contract negotiations, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with contractors and vendors through the duration of industrial development projects, with a current focus on the new 80 acre Elk Grove Technology Park in Elk Grove, Illinois.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Klinger was Vice President, Industrial Project Management for JLL where he was responsible for managing the development for new industrial building projects, building additions, renovations and consulting assignments. He also served as Senior Vice President, Project Management at Transwestern, managing the construction of new build-to-suit industrial buildings across the country. Mr. Klinger also held similar construction management positions at Cushman & Wakefield, Schal Bovis / Lend Lease, and Oltmans Construction Company during his 35 years of professional experience.

Mr. Klinger has a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Management from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Management from Marquette University

Ryan Montes
Executive Director of Investment Underwriting

Ryan Montes is the Executive Director of Investment Underwriting at Brennan Investment Group.  In this capacity, Mr. Montes oversees due diligence efforts for all acquisitions, dispositions, and developments for the company’s nine regional offices.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Montes was Vice President of Asset Management at Pine Tree, an owner/operator of commercial retail assets throughout the country.  During his tenure, he managed the firm’s due diligence and financing efforts on over $560 million worth of transactions.  Prior to joining Pine Tree, Mr. Montes worked at Miller capital Advisory in the asset management group where he oversaw 10.4M sf of Class A regional and lifestyle center throughout the country.

Mr. Montes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Miami University. He is a member of NAIOP.

Arthur Johnson
Investment Underwriting Associate

Arthur Johnson is an Investment Underwriting Associate at Brennan Investment Group. In this capacity, Mr. Johnson is responsible for assisting in due diligence efforts for all acquisitions, dispositions, and developments throughout the United States. Prior to his current role, Mr. Johnson worked in the Accounting department at Brennan Investment Group.

Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Grand Valley State University and is an active member of NAIOP.

Jeff Dyrda
Chief Financial Officer

Jeff Dyrda is the Chief Financial Officer of Brennan Investment Group and is responsible for directing the overall financial, accounting, treasury and risk management functions of this private real estate investment firm focused on achieving outstanding risk adjusted returns through acquiring, developing and operating industrial properties on a national platform.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Jeff most recently served as Chief Accounting Officer for CA Ventures where he directed the accounting and finance functions for this real estate development and investment firm.  He also served as Vice President of Finance and Accounting for Hyatt Hotels where he oversaw the accounting and financial reporting for Hyatt’s global real estate business unit during their initial public offering.  Jeff has significant finance and accounting experience within the real estate industry including senior positions at Starwood Retail Partners, Pritzker Realty Group, Tishman Speyer Properties, and Jones Lang LaSalle.  He started his career as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University and is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.

Anna Mandarino
Marketing Coordinator

Anna Mandarino is the Marketing Coordinator at Brennan Investment Group. She is responsible for the maintenance of the Brennan brand internally as well as in upholding the company presence to the public. This is accomplished through the creation of marketing materials such as press releases, social media content, flyers, signage, as well as through the facilitation of planning industry-related company events.

Ms. Mandarino graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2019 with a B.A. in Spanish and communication and a minor in public relations.
