Brennan Investment Group, LLC, a private real estate investment firm that acquires and operates industrial properties on a national basis, announced its acquisition, and simultaneous leaseback to Integrated Filing Solutions, of 95,500 square feet at 11225 Heather Avenue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Designed and constructed in 1999 for the company’s use, the institutional quality facility encompasses nine acres, providing land for future expansion.
“We selected Brennan for their capital capacity and their ability to structure lease terms appropriate for the future growth of Integrated,” said Michael J. Gilbert, Chairman and CEO of Integrated Filing Solutions. “They delivered on both counts.”
Integrated Filing Solutions is a leading manufacturer of high quality custom folders, labels, and indexes serving an international customer base. The company has been developing document management solutions since 1917 when they operated under the name Safety Envelope Manufacturing Company (SEMCO). In 2008, SEMCO merged with Positive Marketing Associates and Midwest Index to create Integrated Filing Solutions.
“Finding solutions that help companies has always been our focus,” said Scott McKibben, Midwest Managing Principal and Co-Founder of Brennan Investment Group. “We appreciate the opportunity to complete this transaction with Integrated Filing Solutions.”
Sam Dickman, Jr., of The Dickman Company in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, represented Integrated Filing Solutions in the transaction.
