Connor White

Connor White is a Senior Associate, Leasing at Brennan Investment Group.  Connor supports the operations and asset management of the Midwest region. Primary functions of Connor’s role includes preparing and updating financial models for existing assets and portfolios; assisting with preparation and review of asset and portfolio-level annual budgets and strategic business plans for internal and external partners; and managing leasing activity on an assigned portfolio, including negotiation of leases and performing marketing activities to attract tenants and brokers to available spaces.
