Eric Clausen

Eric Clausen is Vice President of Asset Management for Brennan Investment Group. In this capacity, he is primarily responsible for management of the Group’s single tenant net lease portfolios, with locations throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Eric worked in joint venture asset management, acquisitions, and debt finance for Inland American Real Estate Trust, First Industrial Realty Trust, and Northwestern Investment Management. He has over 12 years’ experience as a portfolio investment manager in industrial and other major property types. Over this time, Eric has successfully managed multiple, mainly industrial, portfolios worth over $1 billion in combined value and has also been involved in $2.5 billion in new investments.

Eric earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University and his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Michigan State University.
