Fred Hicks

Fred Hicks is a Senior Associate in the Philadelphia office.  In his capacity, he is involved in the identification, underwriting and closing of various property investments (including developments), as well as with ongoing asset management of these investments and developments, and with dispositions at the achievement of investment objectives. Fred will also assist in the direct sourcing of new investment opportunities in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Fred was an Associate Director with the CBRE National Partners team in Radnor, PA for over 5 years focusing on underwriting industrial assets, overseeing the gathering of all due diligence materials for investment packages, and providing financial and market analysis for Offering Memorandums and Broker Opinions of Value.

Fred earned his BBA in Real Estate and Finance from Villanova University and is a member of the Greater Philadelphia chapter of NAIOP.
