Larry DiVito

Larry DiVito is Senior Vice President, Development. Larry plays a pivotal role in Brennan’s development activities, overseeing all phases of BIG’s development projects from inception through completion, including design, planning, scope development, entitlement, permitting, contract negotiations, budgeting, and contractor selection while actively partnering with internal and external stakeholders throughout each process.

Larry’s diverse experience includes development of single family, multi-family, and commercial properties. Prior to joining Brennan, he served as Senior Vice President at  Draper and Kramer, where he oversaw multi-family and build-to-suit retail developments. Additionally, Larry co-founded Wellington Partners, a real estate company specializing in mid-rise, mixed-use developments, where he served as Managing Partner for over fifteen years.

He is a Civil Engineering graduate of the University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign.
