Scott Gibler

Scott Gibler is the Executive Director of Corporate Real Estate Solutions and Managing Principal for Brennan Investment Group. He is based out of Denver but is responsible for national implementation of the CRES platform, calling on corporate America to creatively monetize and strategically structure operational efficiencies on an individual or portfolio basis.

Scott has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, particularly in capital deployment, and asset management. Before joining Brennan Investment Group, he was the chief investment officer for a Denver-based private investment group with $1.4 billion in AUM. Prior to that, he was managing director for Broe Real Estate Group, a privately held national real estate investment group, and for 15 years, was managing director with Amstar Group, a private family office. During his tenure over the past 20 years, he has acquired, developed, and/or operated over $2.3 billion of commercial and industrial real estate in the U.S. and international markets.

Scott received his Bachelor of Science degree in finance and real estate from the University of Southern California.
