Tod Greenwood

Tod Greenwood is a Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Brennan Investment Group.  Tod serves as Executive Director of Build-to-Suit development for Brennan, leading Brennan’s build-to-suit efforts on a national basis.  In this role, he works with the local field offices to source projects and deliver real estate solutions for Brennan’s corporate clients.

As a career real estate professional, Tod got his start in industrial development with the Trammell Crow Company and has spent the last 24 years developing both retail and industrial projects at Trammell Crow, Crosswell Greenwood Development and since 2010 with Brennan Investment Group.

Tod holds both a Bachelor of Science and Masters degree in business finance from the University of Texas at Austin.  He also serves on the Chancellor’s Council for the University of Texas System and the President’s Associates for the University of Texas at Austin.
